Designed for intermediate and advanced swimmers, this camp focuses on stroke development, endurance, and pre-team preparation. Campers receive extra coaching on freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly while practicing racing starts, turns, and drills. With a balance of structured training and fun water activities, this camp gives kids the tools they need to take their swimming to the next level.
